Poster In My Pocket
Information for JAM 2015 Attendees

  • Conference attendees can install the Poster in my Pocket app whenever they have an Internet or Wi-Fi connection.
  • Posters can be saved (cached) before the conference. Attendees can cache all available posters by sliding the blue arrow to the right (at the bottom of the Events page within the app). Posters are then available for offline reading.
  • If you see a poster that you would like to read on your mobile device but are not connected to the Internet, just scan the QR code, enter the unique number shown on the poster, or simply select the poster from the list. The next time you are connected to the Internet, the poster will be downloaded under "My Posters."
  • Posters can be forwarded to colleagues. When attendees see an interesting poster within the app, just forward it to any e-mail address by clicking the forward icon.
  • If poster authors have opted in to the functionality to contact them, the contact icon (envelope) will be active (not grayed out). Click the icon to contact one or more poster authors.
